When Will My Order Ship?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via our own drivers or TBC Postal Service. Customised items usually ship in 4-5 days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us our customer support team here:
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship outside of Thailand. But who knows what the future may hold.
Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?
We do accept returns of damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of delivery of your items.
For customised goods, due to the nature of and complexity of these 'one-off' items we do not offer a refund or exchange policy.
Where's My Refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
